Spri Light Resistance Band

Spri is my favorite brand for bands.

They last longer than most!

This is a green band with a light resistance.

Highly recommend this for your TWM workouts!

Spri Medium Resistance Band

This is a red band with a medium resistance.

Highly recommend this for your TWM workouts!

Exercise Stability Ball

This is the ball I use and I love it because the material is thick. It's a good quality

ball just make sure to order the right size based on your height!

Yoga Mat

This is the yoga mat I have used for several years. It's priced right and thicker than most yoga mats you'll find for the same price range.

Exercise MINI ball

Make sure to note this is a MINI BALL!

I use it for bridges and targeting the inner thigh.

There's a variety of exercises you could use this for as an option. Not mandatory for the program but a nice addition if you have the means.

Multi-Use Bench

This is my favorite! Not only is it lightweight and compact for easy storage but it has several different options for the bench: flat, incline and decline. I am a fan!!

Bosu Balance Trainer

A great way to step up your fitness game! The possibilities are endless with a BOSU. I've had this in my personal fitness collection since 2008!
