What is included with my membership?

Your membership is more of a "trainer in your back pocket" relationship. This includes:

  • Initial consult, intake questionnaire and information to help Mandy create a game plan.

  • Access to her workout in a quick and easy to learn format

  •  PDF version of the workout to keep forever

  • New meal plans and recipes each week

  • PDF version of the recipes to keep forever

  • Weekly check-ins with Mandy to keep you focused and accountable

  • Support from Mandy when you need it

What does the workout look like?

There is one total body workout posted each week for beginners-advanced fitness levels. You would work with Mandy to set a goal of how many times and how many sets for each workout based on your goals, individual needs and current fitness level.

  • Beginner to Advanced exercise options for each exercise. 

  • Core exercises each week

  • Strength exercises each week

  • Mobility exercises each week

  • New exercises each week so workouts are never boring, always something new to try!

  • The workout takes around 15 (1 set of each exercise) or 45 minutes (3 sets of each exercise) to complete. 

  • Workouts are in PDF form to print, save and keep forever.

What does the meal plan look like?

Every week there is a new meal plan complete with the recipe and nutrition information (calories, protein, fat, and carbs).

  • Recipes are friendly to vegetarians, gluten free and dairy free.

  • The calories range from 1300-1600 for the day.

  • Each week a new breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipe are posted.

  • Ideal if you struggle to get enough protein and veggies in your day.

  • Ideal if you aren't sure where to begin. I spell it out for you here. All that's required is practice.

  • Recipes are in PDF form to print, save and keep forever.

What does the coaching look like?

Every week I send an email on Saturday morning to let you know there's a new workout and meal plan post so you can have the weekend to prep for the week ahead.

  • Weekly check-in form you fill out (takes 2 minutes) to send to me.

  • I'll review it and help you if needed for the following week.

  • There's also a printable calendar for the month to track workout trends/practices.

  • Each month there's a new goal to work towards. 

What equipment is needed for the workouts?

These workouts can be done from home with minimal equipment or at a gym! Where you exercise will not impact results. It's completely personal preference.

  • Bands-I suggest a light, medium and heavy. My personal favorite brand is SPRI (can be bought on amazon.

  • Dumbbells

  • Stability Ball

How much is the program?

At the moment the plan is $49/month but this rate will only increase over time. 

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! The last thing I want is for you to be stuck in a program you don't like but have to pay for it. Cancel anytime.

What is your training philosophy?

Every body deserves to move and feel it's best no matter shape, size, ability or fitness level. My passion is to spread the love of movement to anyone that wants to move and feel their best.

  • I'm a judgement-free coach, I don't shame or belittle. You won't find me making you feel guilty.

  • I ask questions. I'm curious and will dig to help you find your best path.
